Most frequent question – Customer
Shopping on BranzsEyewear.com is easy. You may purchase eyeglass cases and accessories, reading glasses, complete prescription eyeglasses, or choose to buy eyeglass frames only. If buying frames only, simply select size, color, and quantity, then add the item to your cart by selecting the Add To Cart button. If buying prescription glasses, after selecting size and desired color, simply click the Add Lenses button and enter your prescription. Please be careful when reading and typing in your prescription information to pay close attention to decimal points, zeros, and plus and minus signs (+ and −). If there is confusing or illegible handwriting on your prescription, do not attempt to guess what the prescriber meant to indicate. Be sure to upload or email us your prescription. Please check and double-check that your prescription is entered correctly before adding prescription eyeglasses to your shopping cart.

You may be able to find your size by checking the inside of your current frames. This size information will normally be located on the temple or bridge of your eyeglass or sunglasses frames. In most cases, the eye size and bridge size are two two-digit numbers located next to one another. The temple size is a three-digit number and may immediately follow those two sets of numbers.

B size, or lens height, is the vertical measurement in millimeters of each lens.
Bridge size, or DBL, is the distance between the two lenses in millimeters.
Temple size is the length of the temple from the hinge to the end in millimeters.
