Return and Exchange Policy

All sunglasses and eyeglasses frames we sell are covered under our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and we will replace any defective merchandise guaranteed. All merchandise we sell to our customers are 100% authentic, brand new and unused.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that is not in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item(s), including but not limited to, item(s) that are adjusted, altered or repaired, item(s) with missing part or content such as nose pads or temple tips, manufacturer certificate of authenticity, tags and labels, damaged or missing accessories such as lens cloth or cases, and item(s) that show signs of wear and tear. All returns are subject to inspection before the approval of an exchange, refund or credit. Returns must include all original packaging. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box originally included with the product may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. Please contact us for assistance if you have any questions regarding the condition of the merchandise prior to returning. If an item(s) do not qualify for a return, the item(s) will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Prescription Lenses

All prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses have a One-Year Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Remake Warranty from the order date. If a remake is required within one year of the original order date, we will remake the lenses one (1) time for you at no charge. All shipping fees will apply. If a second (2nd) remake is required, we will remake the lenses at 50% off the current lens cost plus shipping. All additional remakes will be billed at current lens cost plus shipping.

We guarantee your prescription lenses will precisely match the prescription provided by your doctor. If, however, there are discrepancies between your Doctor’s prescription and the actual prescription lenses manufactured by the lab, we will remake the lenses at no extra cost. You may cancel your prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses order for any reason, within 2 hours of placing your order, completely free of charge. If you decide to cancel after 2 hours of placing your order, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied on the Lenses, as work on your order will have commenced and cannot be changed. Prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for your prescription and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the Return and Exchange Policy.

Eyeglasses Frames

All Eyeglasses frames are non-refundable. We do however, allow a one-time exchange for any other current frame (not final sale, discounted, or special purchase) available in our online store, within 5 business days of you receiving your item. All exchanged items should be received by us within 10 business days. Returned merchandise and included accessories must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition, and all returns are subject to inspection before the approval of an exchange. We recommended shipping your package(s) back to us with insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or damage package(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please request a return authorization form (RMA) prior to an exchange.

Sunglasses

All sales of sunglasses are final and non-returnable.

Eyeglass Cases

All eyeglass cases are eligible for return or exchange. All returns or exchange must be requested within 3 business days of delivery and sent back to us postmarked within 14 days or delivery. Please request a return authorization form (RMA) prior to a return or exchange. We recommended shipping your package(s) back to us with insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or damage package(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returned merchandise and included accessories must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Promo codes, discounts and free shipping do not apply to returned or exchanged products. Item(s) that qualified for free shipping and are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchange take 3-5 business days to complete and you will receive a confirmation email once a return has been processed. If a refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

Warranty

Eyeglass Frames are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects, which includes material and workmanship, for one year from the date-of-purchase. Failure of a spring hinge, discoloration or paint chipping, solder point or frame breakage under normal usage are covered by the warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damage caused by, but not limited to, prolonged exposure to water, improper care or cleaning, rough handling and excessive exposure to heat or cold. Scratching is a normal result of use, and is not considered a defect. Repairs or alterations to a frame by an unauthorized third party will usually void the manufacturer warranty.

Scratch Coating

Our scratch-resistant lens coatings are incredibly durable, and lenses that are treated front and back with a scratch-resistant hard coat have a much harder surface that is more resistant to scratching. However, they are not 100% scratch-proof and with enough abuse they will eventually fail. Lenses with durable two-sided hard coating and TD2 hard coated lenses have a 2-year warranty against coating defects such as flaking or peeling and will be remade up to two times due to product failure from normal use within two years of the original order date. All shipping fees will apply.

All other scratch coated lenses have a 1-year warranty and will be remade one time due to product failure from normal use within one year of the original order date. All shipping fees will apply.

Non-Glare

Lenses with non-glare coatings will be remade up to two times due to product failure from normal use within two years of the original order date. All shipping fees will apply.

Mirror Coating

Lenses with standard mirror coatings have no scratch warranty.

Uncoated Lenses

Plastic CR-39 lenses have no scratch warranty.

Normal Use

We reserve the right to inspect and determine if the lenses can be replaced under warranty due to product failure from normal use. Lenses with scratches below the AR coating is not typical wear and tear, and therefore not subject to Manufacturer’s Warranty. Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility for a manufacturer warranty claim.
