Shopping on BranzsEyewear.com is easy. You may purchase Single Vision Glasses, or choose to buy frames only. If buying frames only, simply select size, color and quantity, then add the item to your cart by selecting the Add To Cart button. If buying Single Vision Glasses, and after selecting size and desired color, you simply click the Add Lenses button and enter your prescription. Please be careful when reading and typing in your prescription information to pay close attention to decimal points, zeros and plus and minus signs (+ and −). If there is confusing or illegible handwriting on your prescription, do not attempt to guess what the prescriber meant to indicate but be sure to upload or email us your prescription. Please be sure to check and double check that your prescription is entered correctly before adding Single Vision Glasses to your shopping cart.

Do you have a return and exchange policy?

Yes, we have a no fuss, no hard feelings, hassle-free, no restocking fee, FULL money-back guarantee return and exchange policy, less shipping and handling. Returned merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received, complete with all accessories, labels, tags and packaging. Are your products authentic?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic guaranteed. Our frames are sourced from US manufacturers or distributors and comes with a one-year limited warranty.

Do you have a warranty policy?

Yes, each frame comes with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for 1 year. The warranty covers any manufacturer’s defect including defective or broken hinges, welding points, paint chipping or discoloration. Manufacturer’s defect do not include damage caused by incorrect adjustment, misuse, accident or neglect. The warranty is void if repairs or alterations are carried out by unauthorized individuals.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, but check with your Vision Service Plan (VSP) provider about out-of-network reimbursement. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to purchase eyeglasses from us. Because of our highly competitive prices, in many cases it’s almost always cheaper to buy directly from our online store and then submit the receipt to your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance provider regarding HSA and FSA qualification.

Why are your prices so low compared to the local optical shop?

Branzs Eyewear is an online designer eyewear and sunwear retailer and, as such, we are able to limit our cost and offer eyeglasses and sunglasses at drastically reduced prices.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a retail store.

Can I pick up my package?

Unfortunately we do not have a pick up counter for packages.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax in the state of Arizona.

Do you offer price match?

Yes, we offer price match for any identical brand name designer eyewear or sunwear sold online by an authorized USA dealer. Items models, colors and sizes must be identical, in stock and readily available for purchase on another website and is also available in the exact models, colors and sizes on branzseyewear.com. We are unable to offer price match for the following: out of stock items on competitors’ websites, items advertised below our cost, items on discount sites, unauthorized dealer sites or auction sites, clearance, discontinued or refurbished items, open box and/or outlet center products.

How do I choose my frame size?

You may be able to find your size by checking the inside of your current frames. This size information will normally be located on the temple or bridge of your eyeglass or sunglasses frames. In most cases, the eye size and bridge size are 2 two-digit numbers located next to one another. The temple size is a three-digit number and it may immediately follow those two sets of numbers.

What is eye size?

Eye size (A) or lens width, is the horizontal measurement in millimeters of each lens.

What is B size?

B size or lens height, is the vertical measurement in millimeters of each lens.

What is bridge size?

Bridge size or DBL, is distance between the two lenses in millimeters.

What is temple size?

Temple size is the length of the temple from the hinge to the end in millimeters.

What is PD?

Pupillary distance or PD, is the distance between the pupils of your eyes measured in millimeters.

What is Zyl plastic?

Zyl plastic is cellulose acetate marketed under the trade names Zyl and Zylonite. Cellulose acetate is made from cotton fiber and wood pulp, is lightweight and commonly used in the manufacturing of eyeglasses and sunglasses frames.

What are demo lenses?

Demo lenses are non-prescription demonstration lenses with no optical properties, which give the buyer a better idea of how the frames will look with prescription lenses mounted in the frame.
